Thank you for shopping with House of L’Orian. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below before submitting a request.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

 

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Items that arrive damaged due to insufficient packing will not be refunded.

Once your prepaid return label is printed, please mail the package within 5 days.

 

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected at our discretion. If you’re unsure or have any questions, please contact House of L’Orian by email at support@houseoflorian.com

Cost of Returns

A $7.99 return postage fee (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund.

This fee is waived if the return is due to an error or issue caused by House of L’Orian.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Damages, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

 

Please send a photo or video of the issue to support@houseoflorian.com along with your order number.

 

House of L’Orian will cover the $7.99 return shipping fee in the event of damages or fulfillment errors on our end. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
